Refuse to cancel policy

I have sent an email to dial direct to cancel my policy buy the dont want to cancel my policy they send email and said they try to call me and they wont cancel my policy they can only cancel it over the phone. But i have never receive a miss call from them, and when you call their number no answer somtimes when you get through they send you to pillar to post. I send email again gave them my second number but no response. Its look like the want to keep debiting. Why they dont take my email as valid cancelation letter. They want us to take their email communication valid but if we communicate with email its not? And make excuses of not get hold of me. Thafs very low. My id *** my contacts *** or ***
