Refund taking too long on ******* debit order

Dial direct debited me for a vehicle that i removed from my policy profile. Now when i ask them for a refund they said that it'll take about 10 days to refund my R1900.00.

Very bad service. I have been a loyal customer with Dial direct for a long time and this is how you treat your customers. Take their money like ******* and then take forever to give MY MONEY back.
