refund not forthcoming

<p>good day</p> <p>I have cancelled my insurance and I am still waiting for my refund 2 months later.</p> <p>I bought a Datsun Go in February. Took out insurance in February. I didn’t like the vehicle and traded in within 2 weeks of purchasing. I bought a Nissan 7 seater. On updating my insurance to the new vehicle. They said it’s no longer personal use, it’s for Business use and they wanted to give me business insurance. I then cancelled and went with outsurance.</p> <p>But my goodness. they keep asking me for documentation and I keep emailing documentation. I emailed my westbank contract. I emailed Nissans quotation including the trade in. I emailed the acceptance of the first vehicle. </p> <p>I don’t know any more. I advised I cannot Give them my DNA. What more can I do.</p> <p>I have prayed for Jesus to assist and now I am asking for someone to show me the light!</p> <p>Please give me my money that I am due.</p> <p>Thank you and kind regards</p> <p>Mumtaz</p>
