Reduction of annual premium increase

I was upset by the hefty increase in my premium for 2015, and Riedwaan was quite helpful in bringing this down to a more acceptable level. He proved quite knowledgeable and efficient in using my good no-claims record to afford me a very good discount on my premium, that brought this down to a more palatable level.<br> Truth be told, I was just a step away from taking my business elsewhere !
