Recovery of excess paid in

<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; widows: 1;">A truck drove into the rear off my car whilst I was stationary at a traffic light about 4 years ago. I was told the recovery of my excess would not be difficult given that the truck was registered to a business and on duty at the time of the accident. To date I have been unsuccessful in getting hold of the attorneys assigned to this case by Dial Direct. About 1 year ago I managed to telephonically reach the attorney firm and the lady told me that they were busy with my case and it won't be much longer.</span><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; widows: 1;" /><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; widows: 1;">Please contact me in this regard as I am tired of getting the run around. I diligently paid my monthly contributions and don't expect to get this type of service when money is owed to me. I suspect that the monies had been recovered and not paid over. I wonder how many other people are in a similar situation to me.</span></p>
