Reclaim access paid after accident

I was in a accident in September 2018. a Woman drove into the back of my car. At that time I was insured with Dial Direct. I had to pay the accesse of R3700. I was told that I can claim my accesse back an that would take up to 30 to 90 days. It has been 3 months and stil it has not been sorted out. I have phoned Dial Direct and now they say it can take upto 6 months to reclaim my acces. Apparently the other driver can dispute the payment, There is nothing to dispute if you drove into the rear end of the car. Please help Annemarie Van Zyl ID ********** 013087 CELL ********** 240
