Really bad messing with clients
I have been with Dial direct for a few years for vehicle insurance. I had a bad patch and had to downgeade from comprohensive to third party for a while. When I want to move back to comprihemsive they want to charge me almost 4 times more on my oremium than what I used to pay when I had comprihensive insurance. This is outrages. Going from a full comprihensove insurance payment of R961 to over R3000. What is happening in this world. I ve gotten a few quotes from different companies and none has a premium close to that. Highest is R1100.
