Rea assisted me telephonically to cancel a motor vehicle insurance policy due to the vehicle been sold
Rea assisted me telephonically to cancel a motor vehicle insurance policy due to the vehicle been sold. He advised me of retaining the policy profile when a new vehicle is added within 6 months. He assured me that the current premium will be refunded within 2 to 3 working days. Rea was professional, helpful, answered all my questions and is an asset to Dial Direct.
