Quick to debit but drag their feet to refund.
It has been almost a month since I cancel my policy with Dial Direct. I have been waiting for my refund for almost 2 weeks now. I spoke to Refilwe Pheeha who told me I will receive my money between 2-3 working days and this was last Wednesday. It has been 8 working days now. No response and Refilwe keeps ignoring my emails. Please refund me.
