I phoned Dial Direct on Thursday 28 may to query my premium. Kelebogile Mafuma took my call. What a pleasure! She was courteous, spoke well, knew what she was doing ... I could go on! I commend Kelebogile for her professionalism. She is an asset to the company. I have not had such excellent service for many years!
