PROBLEM SORTED DESPITE INNOVATIONS GROUP
Louis from Dial Direct managed to arrange a refund for me despite their subsidairy (innovations group) stalling and coming up with every excuse under the sun . <br> <br> Thanks Louis I'm so happy to be done with this story
