premiums keep increasing

Absolutely furious, I called to ask why my premiums have increased and to get them down back to my agreed amount and change address. My premium was then increased again to over R200 more than my initial amount. What a bunch of ************. They are about to lose 3 clients because they won't take my claim free premium down to what it was and just increased it without my authority. Disgusting service I don't recommend them to anyone.
