Premiums insane increase, ABSOLUTELY NONSENE!!!!

In my shock Dialdirect just decides on how much to deduct in my account way above what we agreed up on and when i call to ask for the money, the lady by the name of "Beverly reporting to Rinolen" rudely tells me that i wont be getting my money (the one over deducted in my account).

The most annoying thing i am told that its the yearly increase which i didn't get the communication about.

I am definitely canceling this insurance.
