Premium spike
Been with Dialdirect since 2016 and just received a premium hike of over 30 percent. This without notice and all of a sudden. When questioning it via e mail ( 06/12/18)no response. Only after posting on their page was there a phone call did a very patronising call me saying relax its normal. Steer clear these sharks are no good.
