Premium *******

Disappointed!!! Today I decide to register to Dial Direct website,after I logon I notice my premiums are not correct R 956.98 is what I see I also browse to my access and I see it is also incorrect R 9,600.00. <br> I toke insurance with them last year and this year its supposed to be a year with them. I call them and tell them my access and premiums are wrong they tell me this is an anual review... My access was R4200 how can it move to R9,600 I never claimed from them.My premiums was R789.00. How can a review effect my access this much?? is it not supposed to effect my premiums only..This is ridiculous and I find it as a *******. Should I have not registered would I still be paying R789,00. After speaking to this agent she tells me they will push my premiums to R875 but wont be able to reduce my Access. Guys I thought this was a good insurance even told my fiance to join them as she is about to collect her new car but I will make sure she looks for something else!!!!!!
