Premium increases!!

Tracker sends me a billing that I owe them money.<br> I then phone Dial direct and while querying this with a very arrogant non cooperative person, don't know the name, I realize that since my last update on my policy 8 Jan 2015, my cars insurance a Fortuner 2014 increased from R1083.24 to R1542.86 = 42.43% increase in the premium. <br> After a lengthy conversation trying to get these people to understand, that I need to know how they can increase my premium with 42.43%, they drop the premium from R1542.86 to R1420.85 = 31.17% increase on what my premium was. <br> The reason they provided me with was that they had an increase. The increase letter I received 25 Jan 15 notifies of a 10% not a 42.43% or a 31.17% increase.<br> I have been fighting this now for a week. To date I have only had *********** people phoning me. The problem here is no one can explain this increase to me not one. The last one was patronizing...Tlami Sidto...First words to me you want your premium reduced..For crying in a bucket yes!!! But explain your increase to me! The when I said you should listen to your recordings he very arrogantly says yes you want to speak to the CEO.. Well that was just the end of it, I am done!!
