Premium increase exorbitant

<p>My premium was increased by 40% in march and I have been trying to get them to give me a better offer but Tahir Mohamed told me that the reason for my increase is that there are more new drivers which is putting me in a high risk of getting an accident, unemployment is also one of the reasons for my increase. I have been with dial direct for more than 10 years and I have never claimed even once. I have been receiving the cash back bonus. They cant even consider my good profile when they are doing the increase. I havent even changed address, nothing has changed but my increase is so exorbitant I cant believe it. I guess this is how Dial Direct treats their loyal customers. They dont value loyalty.</p>
