Premium Increase

The retention department was not able to reduce my policy premium except remove my car hire to help reduce the premium, by taking off an extra benefit they then got me a 'discount'. My premiums have increased without any loss for the past 2 years. The agent advised me i didn't qualify, what are the requirements, as considering in previous years that I have been given one. My premiums are slowly creeping into R1000 for a 2010 polo, not sure why as the value of the car has reduced.
