Prefered panelbeater and no feedback

<p>Hi, I was informed when i contacted the claims department that my vehicle cannot be repaired by RSI auto body in Sunderland ridge (which is close to my home) because they do not do structural repair work, i confirmed with Quintis at RSI auto body that they have been doing structural repair work since 1997 their company falls under the auto magic group which dial direct allocated to my claim the last time. why are the assessors forcing my car to be repaired at Brooklyn motor lab, please can someone liaise with RSI Auto body Tel: (012) ********** </p> <p>E-Mail: ********** and try and accommodate me . I hope your assesors dont have personal dealings with panelbeaters like other insurances</p>
