Dial Direct keeps trying to phone me to sell car insurance. They are harassing me. I demand them to send me the document where I gave them authority to contact me. I also demand that they send me confirmation that they will remove my contact number from their database and refrain from contact me ever again. I also demand that they send me written confirmation that they will not distribute my contact information to any other person or party and remove my contact information from all of their databases. They break POPI Act and I work with the POPI Act and know my rights and the legal steps I can take my my human rights. Patiently waiting for feedback of compliance.
