Poor show dial direct no honesty here

Dialdirect has reached out to me to sell me more insurance and while I dont mind being sold valid insurance this was real ***** style as I asked for funeral cover and the agent then said as my parents were over 80 they didnt qualify for that but that they could get a cover of R50000 payout on their death for as little as R80 a month . I was dumbfounded and said are you sure as my mom has dementia and my dad has cancer so he said sure no problem they pay anytime no issues with cancer so he phones my elderly parents and signs them up . No mention of accident cover . Then when I receive the small print it reads Accident cover only . What a **** . Tell the truth dialdirect I have been with you for many years and this latest stunt has angered me so much I feel I would love to change insurers . I have asked to speak to the manager and they did not put me through . The gentleman denied it and I said lets pull up the voice recording . Have yet to have a response
