Poor service when claiming for extended warranty.

I Khanyisa Tokobetshe would like to share the poor service I received from dial direct when claiming from my extended warranty plan. No one assisted me . I was to hold the line . Whi did for about 50 minutes. Even this morning no one I willing to assist me.
