Poor service stay away

Was involve in an accident in december they took my car on the 5th of january until today more than 2months i haven't received it back and theres no sign that they're going to give back my car everytime when im communicating with them i never get a straight answer there are lot of issues im having with this trash insurance company dialdirect is **** poor service
