Poor service & I feel like they sold me lies

I have a car maintenance plan with them form more than 2 years, I took my car to a workshop. They spoke to a consultant, everything was going smooth on the phone, until they were told how much does the workshop charges an hour,they told the cunsultant that they don't cover for, clutch kit, oil seals and thermostat, I then asked the guy what am I covered for. Then the guy said sorry your claim is rejected and he dropped the phone down.
