Poor service from claims department

I am very disappointed in this insurance company more especially the claims department. They rejected our claim twice. We claimed for a roof, they never paid now we are claiming for repairing a car, they said they'll only cover for R2000 while the car requires R14000. I've had enough of this company, their service is even worse.
