Poor Service and *********** Employees

Useless car insurance ever...i had an accident in May 2023, a person who bumped me was at fault, she failed to keep a safe following distance and was on the phone. She pumped my rear bumper....i had a witness (traffic controller). When i claimed dial direct promised me that they will claim my access back from the third party..till this day they have failed dismally to claim my money......I have a witness but they have not contacted a witness...instead they chose to believe the third party over me their client....they are not even updating me on the progress....when I called dial direct to enquire, the lady i spoke with was *********** and ddnt care...she could not even access the system to check progress on my case. She deliberately dropped the call while i was trying to find out why they have not contacted my witness and never called again ...I regret the day I decided to take dial direct insurance policy. Please stay away from Dialdirect. Their service sucks!!!!
