Poor service and communication skills

Good day. I am sending this email with great concern and unhappiness. I went to fetch my car the 11/8/23,there was damages not fixed caused by the accident. I contacted the claim manager sometime last week as the panel beater instructed me to as he said those damages was not covered by the claim. Mr Zincke emailed me to say I will be contacted regarding above concerns. I was contacted,misses the calls and eventually got feedback that they have authorized for these damages to be fixed. Yet I emailed Mr Zincke again because I noticed that there was damages caused on the inside aswell. And on all the occasions I emailed Mr.Zincke I included pictures as my evidence. So his last response was that I should bring it under the assessors attention when taking my car back to the panel beater. Firstly I'm not happy with his response because it clearly told me my car was initially not properly assessed by neither the insurance assessors and even the panel beaters assessors. And that is a great concern for me. So now it's my duty to bring it under the assessors attention,meanwhile never was I asked for pictures or anything to confirm all the damages caused. I'm not satisfied with the service I've been receiving up until here from my insurance. In the email I sent to Mr Zincke I asked him whether they are in the process of claiming my money back from the third party. And he did not even acknowledge fhat question. Please i would like to know whether they are in the process of claiming my access fee of R7550 back from third party. As the initial claims assistant Nompumelelo informed me that as soon as everything is done and paid they will claim back my money. Yet here I am having to wait to hear from my insurance,up until this day,I've not received any call for details or anything so is someone busy with the process or is this another delay. I cannot wait for this claim to be settled as I have decided I am leaving this insurance. Really poor service and communication skills.
