Poor Service

I am so disappointed in the type of service that was offered, they referred be to Renew It Green Stone and it is 49 km from my house. I told them I was not happy but no one bothered to contact me . I then took my car to the panelbeater and when I saw that they were taking long to fix the car I called and emailed and no one bothered to contact me. Why was I not given a list to choose from and to be send the worst panelbeater ever. What I found out today was a disgrace and disrespect to me as a customer. I was called today to fetch the car only to find out that it is incomplete. Apparently they fixed something that was not broken and left out the broken lamp. They say it is a mistake but how do you make such mistake? They mad me pay full amount even though the car was not completed. Now have to take the car back to them for another week to fix the scratches and left lamp that they did not fix .I got another surprise the radio is not coming on. I drove all the way from Greenstone in quite car no radio nothing. I do not understand why Dial Direct Referred me to this business that do not understanding what is customer service. Imagine after a month and few days , I do not have words on how disappointed I am on the type of service offered. Mind you the car was dropped on the 18. May 2022. So all along they did not even see the need to check why the light was not part of the quote because they do not care about customers. This is not a free service I paid for it.
