poor service

hellopeter we have an policy with dialdirect and we put a claim for a car damage and now we have to pay for a lot of money because we dont have 2 years with dial direct and other thing is they say they penalize us because they were getting premiums late, so what i want to know from hellopeter is it possible for all this, because i did not cause eccident the third party she is the one who bump on my car suddely have to pay R11732.00 for access which i dont understand.

as discuss with Trevor see below what they charge me, As per your request the calculation : Damages to the car is R 32291.37 Less your premiums not collected correctly since you started from us - 6432.44 Less your basic excess as per schedule - 5300.00 Total auth sent to Trident Panel Beater R 20558.93 Note : This is why we added the premiums we did not get correctly since you started with us and the basic excess together total excess to Trident R11732. You will be sent an updated schedule for the new premium as well as you must be on a 2 y no claim bonus .As you started with us October 2016.
