Poor service

I have a policy for my home contents since 2013 and when i app**** for it I insured my portable possessions as well, it was all recorded in the sales call but i requested a letter from dial direct to show since when my portable possessions were insured, my camcoder was only insured from December 2017 which was not the case according to my knowledge, and the sales call, and this is the information i gave through to the insurer that i took had the same equipment insured for about a year now, and im not going down as being a **** because someone at dial direct messed up,
