Poor communication poor service and very Selfish

Its been a year waiting for my third party claim. They talked nice and promised me that will get my third party instead of that when a bought a new car they refused to cover my car and they told me that am a risk because my car was bumped so because of that am a risk after that I never heard from them since than as if they are dead.
