Poor client services

On the 15th September 2014 l put in a claim to have my Bakkie repaird ( 2014 model ). I was without my vehicle for 5 weeks and not once did dial direct contact me regarding the progress of the repairs. One month after I received my vehicle from the panel beaters the bumper came off and l found that the panel beaters never replaced the bumper but just fixed it with pratly putty. 2 weeks ago l took it back and still they did not do a professional job. I refuse to take it back to them because my small business has lost to much money so I've cancelled my policywith them.<br> P.S They have still not contacted me to see if I'm satisfied and I lost a couple of thousand Rands
