Poor client service
The service is very poor, they dont even have feedback for their clients. I had to be the one doing all the follow ups. The staff treats you like the enemy instead of assisting you in your time of need. It even times a long time for your claims to be approved but i have to say i was happy with their towing assistance, it was very good and fast.
