Poor and prolonged repairs service on my vehicle

I had an accident on the 3rd of September 2014 and after some hustle with the Insurance, it was finally taken for repairs at Supreme Auto-body in Groblersdal on mid October 2014. It came back mid December with the following faults: The Orange Engine light is on and the car is weak (No power), The engine/radiator Fan automatically kicks on anytime when the engine is running, The oil sensor cable to the oil sump is missing and the workshop emission message keeps showing up when the car is turned on, The Air-con is not working,The right mirror is now loose, The temperature sensor is out of order and The bonnet shock dysfunction.<br> I took the car back to the Panel-beaters on the 6th January 2015 for faults repairs and even now I am still waiting for my car.<br> Throughout this process I kept on and still reporting the problem of lack of feedback(from Insurance and panel-beaters) to the Insurance but so far very little has been done about my complaint cause it keep on happening. I have to always call and sometimes nobody answers the phone.<br> I was referred to different Repair Consultants, Sales Consultant manger, different Assessors , Assessing manager. I just need my car back in one piece.
