<p>I have been waiting 16 days for finalisation of my claim. Initially I was told it would be 11 days, and now im being told it will be up to 30 days. I am stuck without a car as is has been written off. All of the necessary steps have been taken and i believe that all reports have been done but not submitted. I am losing my mind. </p> <p> </p>
