Policy Not Cancelled
Good day, I've sent an email on 12 February 2025 to cancel my Value Added Policy. However, today I received a notification that the debit order went off for this policy. I am going to follow this up with my bank as well to reclaim the funds, and I want the policy cancelled effective 12 February 2025. And don't give me any feedback about your app.
