Policy increase

I have just received a policy review for a monthly increase in April of 21.46% .How on earth can a policy payment increase by 21.46 % I have phoned – to be told this is market-related. I want to know what happened to all previous years……were they not market-related. This is way off course….. especially in a year where everyone is battling (I am in tourism, - and haven’t got a salary, never mind a 21.46% market-related increase!!!!!)

I hope you and all your staff have got market-related increases of 21.46%. I shall tell everyone I know that that is the increase rate all should be getting.
