I’m currently having a bad experience with this insurance called Dial direct policy no *** and claim no clm01 and I experienced nothing but harassment from this insurance company after I was hijacked on gun point in front of my family and neighbours which even to this day we still leaving with fear. When we registered the claim I only find out that my car was insured wrongly with its description which I was insured for 4x4 and my bakkie was a 4x2 and again they asked me how do I have insurance for which I answered without understanding and now they want to repudiate my claim based on I was paying for a low premium whereas they also insured me wrongly and which even now I owe my finance company over a million, please stay away from this insurance company and I will do everything with my power to challenge this , it’s been over a month now with no car to take my kids to school and I can’t even work without my car and ever since last week when I received a call from them and all they said was “your claim is with our dispute department and we will get back to you in 10 working days “ this people are hard less and the public should know about this, I even asked them for counselling for my family but nothing happened and are turning my family apart and I regret the day I took this insurance
