Policy Department Not Following Instructions
3 times I have requested in writing to the policy department to update the description on lineof my vehicle to single cap pick up a its not a 5 door.and each time I get a stupid reply not relating to the request and my instruction is not being carried out. It does not allow me to make the changes on line myself otherwise I would!
