Policy Cancellation

I was with Dial Direct for 4 years, and their claims department is effective and quick. Had no hassles with payment of my accident claim. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my policy. The guy I talked to, tried keeping me etc, as one would expect. He understood and cancelled my policy without any hassle or “attitude”. He was friendly and professional from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Dial Direct as an insurance company.
