POLICY ADJUSTMENT
LIGHTNING STRUCK OUR HOUSE AND HAD TO PHONE FROM CELL PHONE HE IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME HANG UP AND HE PHONED ME BACK AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICK TO ASSIST.
