Still receiving calls today? Dial Direct is a circus; after 3 requests, they still can't handle a basic remove number request. Will probably use a template to respond once more. generic mail and then they do nothing. "Kindly note that we have removed your number off our contact lists." bla bla bla and then nothing. Does anyone want to entrust their insurance claims with these clowns?

There have been 9 additional calls today; fortunately, TrueCaller has blocked all of them. Seems these brain dead call center staff hang on to every failed attempt and then waist time with the voicemail as well in an attempt to not take more calls,what an efficient setup lol good luck ladies. Be warned this "company" is a joke!

Seems that dialdirect have no control on intermediaries using their name trying to sell products.

Kindly note that I am still getting calls right now. In conclusion, you disregarded 8 requests to have my phone number removed and then **** about doing anything to stop intermediaries from using their names to try to sell things with 55 plus blocked calls received. Unfortunately brain dread call cente bot staff don't know what the the phrase NOT INTERESTED means and equally lost bot replying on hellopeter have zero brain cells to complete a simple task. What part of remove me from your contact list is not clear?
Please be aware of the type of "company" you are dealing with here if you are a new customer. New name for dialdirect is dialacircus.
