Pethetic dishonest insurance

I took out car insurance in 2015 with dial direct the agent i spoke to never told me that the premuim will increase FROM 1300 TO R1600.And for the life of me i cannot understand how car insurance becomes more after a year where the value of the car drops.After a year of loyalty to DIAL DIRECT THERE discount is R50.THE agent i spoke to today says i will be paying more due to storage dial direct are you serious.the instalment should either remain the same or reduce since when does it INCREASE.This is dissapointing to say the least and thinking of moving my insurance!!!!!!DOES THE OMBUDSMAN know about how you do business!!!!
