Payback booster ****!

A few months ago I changed my comprehensive car insurance from OUTsurance to dialdirect, because they offer up to 75% off your monthly premium if you have added the payback booster, as i did, if you log a certain amount of trips and get a good rating (as i did), you’ll get cash back, this hasn’t been the case, i have paid in full since i signed up with them, and when i phoned in to ask why am i not getting a payback when the trips have successfully been logged, they said, it only applies to the regular driver, which is my girlfriend, and she had to log in with her details, if that’s the case , why wasn’t this ever made clear to me, and why does the trips on my profile ,even if she logs in on her phone with my details, as you would think needs to be done, not count, if the insurance is on my name?

I think the payback booster is just false advertising!
