Payback amount
My premium kept on increasing year in and year out, when you give them a call they can adjust the premium (why increase then??). So decided to cancel my policy. To find out that your payback benefits won't be paid out anymore, even though there were no claims and premiums always paid on time.

We are sorry to hear about your dissapointment.
Payback Bonus can only be paid when the payout date arrives while the policy is active as you need to have paid a premium for that month too.
