Patient and understanding
Recently wanted to take out car insurance with Dial Direct. Was assisted by Marla. She was so patient with me despite all my numerous questions and misunderstandings. It was an absolute pleasure talking to her and it made me feel assured of the insurance cover I was taking out. She needs to be commended for a job well done!
