Pathetic service, Staff that cant count.Dial direct making excuses to pay claims

Dial direct pathetic service. I logged a claim with Dial direct the agent called me to tell me the claim amount cost will be less then the access amount yet my access is R6800 the quotation for repairs is R7148 how is that less then my access thus they will not pay the claim, I have two cars that I will take to another insurance company that are actually honest and know what they doing.
