Pathetic Service - over and over

What do you know... 16 days later - I call for yet ANOTHER follow up on payment, and no one knows nothing! The so called person who sent me an email, I responded to, has apparently not received my email!

DO NOT USE DIAL DIRECT!!!! If you need professional and efficient service, go find another insurance company!

Fun fact though, most likely after this post - you will see a couple 5 star ratings come in - its a ****! I would love to see and talk to someone who actually posts good ratings on Dial Direct!
