Pathetic Service from Dial Direct

Not good at all...

I've been struggling with the damn insurance since my car was been hijacked. Long process that you have to go through when face up with such incidence especially with this company. Worse you are the victim and they expect you to run around get information for them while they are sitting their offices..

Now after this incident I've been struggling to get my car repaired correct cause they are busy using *********** workshop that struggling to get my car fixed...

Recent incidence , I had agreement with them to take my car to the manufactory since their incompete so call workshop can't get my fixed properly. I took my to third workshop that called Mecerdes in Befordview. The car was inspected and I've send the qoutotation plus the summary of what the found but till today no reply from them whether I call or sms or whatsup. The only reply or call me once I decided to go into their premises...

I'm gatvol about Dial direct....Please can anyone help cause now my car is standing in the workshop waiting for them to authorised the qouted but the are no where to be found. And worse I don't have a vehicle now....
