Pathetic Service - Arusha Chetty

I am extremely taken aback by this unprofessional service from Dial Direct to say the least, after being a client for over 10 years. I always have to contact your claims department for feedback, this lack of clarity and transparency is truly unacceptable! Claims consultant Arusha Chetty is extremely arrogant with no telephone etiquette, best someone explains to her who pays the premiums because in that pea sized brain of hers she speaks as though I am getting insurance for free and I should just accept what she says. Due to one rotten egg, Dial Direct will lose business!
